I hired MJC Contracting to do a complete roof replacement and install new gutters. Miguel and his team are top notch professionals! The overall experience was 5 stars from start to finish. His quote came in lower than others, but the high quality materials and installation method ranked with the best. MJC made sure I was 100% satisfied before asking for payment. They even reached out after this past winter season to make sure there were no issues. I cannot say enough. Best roofer around … hands down. Highly recommended.

My name is Mani. We live in Lake Villa and we had contracted MJC to fix our roofing late last year (in November). Our roof was very old and it was due for replacement. I was initially skeptical to replace my roof for number of reasons (mainly from my past experience in a different state). I had initially called Miguel and his team to give us options in terms of changing my roof or reworking a portion of it. MJC team was very honest and practical. They did not hesitate to give me a quote for a partial one but while providing me that information they also walked me through the benefits of me changing the whole roof. I was really convinced with their reasoning and agreed to change the whole roof (I am an engineer myself and not a kind of person who would get convinced if I am not provided with facts). To put it in simple terms they knew what they were doing and what they were talking.

My overall experience with them in terms of quality of the job and their project management was simply fantastic. I have my reason why I say that:

• MJC was very responsive from the time of me agreeing the project and them completing it.
• Proactive in getting the city approval even before we finalized the date (right after we agreed on the project).
• They provided us with number of options to choose from and their cost structure for all the choices was very simple.
• When it came to availability of different kind of tiles they were spot on and they kept it very transparent.
• Their team came in well prepared in terms of everything that you need on the day of roofing.
• I had requested them to start before a particular time and they accommodated my request and started it on time.
• They finished the job ahead of their schedule (that really show their preparedness).
• Within the next couple of days the their team member came back to walk me through what they had done and explained to me in detail on all the questions that I had.

I have worked with different contractors for different project and my experience with MJC was the best. I would recommend them to all my friends. I would wish good luck to Miguel and his team at MJC for all their future projects.
